Players keep asking me for nice basses at good price points and I'm always happy to oblige. But as shipping and transport costs skyrocket, I may be phasing out instruments in the sub-$500 range. But not yet! This is a fantastic bass, made in Korea with all the tone and feel of the Japan-era ones at half the cost. It's got a 9-volt preamp with volume, pan, treble and bass and the super-slim neck that has become the SR trademark. No major wear and really clean fretsand it all works as it should.
